SHIPPING

We endeavour to have stock available, but we try to run a tight ship with minimum stock to ensure that you get freshly poured candles to maximise the life of your aroma.  Orders will be shipped via courier, within 1 week of purchase.  We use Amarex Couriers to send our parcels within Australia.  Courier costs are based on order weight.  If your order is > 5kg, we will get a courier quote to you ASAP.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of our candles, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind.

In the unlikely event of concern, or in receiving any damaged item, please ensure you get in touch with us, within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, and we will look to rectify the issue.

MINOR VARIANCES

Drishti candles are individually or small batch poured, lovingly by hand, using the finest of ingredients we can source. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality every time, and every effort is made to ensure consistency.

Due to their handcrafted nature, there may be some variances.  Minor air bubbles and irregularities in the wax are a natural occurrence when molten wax is poured and cools down.  This is not a default, and will not impact the quality of your candle in any way.  Once lit and the wax is warmed up and melted, these irregularities will disperse.
